iPhone 18 Pro

I know it could be a about six months away but I'm hanging out for the 18 Pro to replace my 12. Particualrly interested in the camera and the AI for this model. We're leaving for an O/s trip on the 19th Sept. so I'm hoping to get it just before we leave and apply for the TSR, at the airport.
Will be cutting it fine:
Announcement: Second Tuesday of September (approx. 8 September 2026).
Pre-orders Open: The following Friday (approx. 11 September 2026).
Official Release: One week after pre-orders (approx. 18 September 2026).

I'm excited about the iPhone 18 Pro, especially the Dark Cherry color and improved battery life. It seems perfect for capturing my travel memories with the enhanced camera features. I'm also considering pre-ordering to take advantage of the rebate before my upcoming trip. I feel waiting a bit for this model might be worth it, despite some recent minor changes in previous versions.
